Who we are
TheMountMan757 is the public name of Themountman757 LLC, a TV mounting and installation business run by Tommy, serving all seven Hampton Roads cities (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, and Newport News), plus Williamsburg, Virginia, and Elizabeth City and Moyock, North Carolina. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Themountman757 LLC.
What this website does
This website is hosted by Netlify. We checked what it loads and stores:
- Its own pages don’t set cookies, don’t save anything in your browser’s storage, and don’t add analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools.
- To show you any page, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. Netlify, the hosting company, receives it to deliver and protect the site, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
- The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser asks for those font files, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type, as described in Google’s own privacy policy.
- When you point at, tap, or select a Book Now button, the page loads a small script from Housecall Pro so the booking window can open. Until then, nothing is requested from Housecall Pro.
Booking online through Housecall Pro
Book Now opens Tommy’s online booking, provided by Housecall Pro, a scheduling service Tommy uses. The booking window is a Housecall Pro page shown on top of this website. What you enter there goes to Housecall Pro and to Tommy’s Housecall Pro account, not to this website.
In the booking window you can choose a service, package, and quantity; add optional details (up to 2,000 characters) and photos; add other services; and enter your first and last name, phone number, email address, and service address. Before booking, it shows a summary with the service, price, arrival window, location, and your contact details.
We use this information to schedule and carry out your job and to contact you about it. Book Now shows Tommy’s open dates and arrival windows, and when you book, Housecall Pro reserves the arrival window you picked automatically. Confirmation and appointment texts or emails are sent through Housecall Pro only if you opt in to them. Tommy doesn’t currently send promotional messages. No deposit is taken; payment is collected after the job is done.
When the booking window opens, Housecall Pro’s page loads its own services. In our checks these included analytics (Amplitude and Segment), error reporting (Sentry), product guides (Appcues), payments (Stripe), Google Maps, and Google reCAPTCHA. In our checks in Chrome, the booking window on this website set one Stripe cookie and kept the analytics identifiers in its own browser storage; if you open the booking page on its own, Housecall Pro and its services also set their own cookies. Housecall Pro’s own privacy policy applies to its booking pages, including how it uses and shares information and how to opt out.
Calls, texts, and email
If you call or text (757) 556-8426, your phone number and anything you send reach Tommy through his phone service provider.
If you email themountman757@gmail.com, your message and email address go to Tommy’s Gmail account, which is provided by Google.

Tommy does not sell your information, and he does not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The companies above process information to run this website, bookings, appointment notifications, email, and calls; Housecall Pro also uses information as its own privacy policy describes.
How long we keep it
Tommy keeps customer information, such as bookings and photos in his Housecall Pro account, texts, call records, and emails, until you ask him to delete it. To ask, email themountman757@gmail.com. Deleting it from Tommy’s records may not remove copies that service providers keep in their backups or under their own policies; Housecall Pro, for example, describes its own retention in its privacy policy.
Your choices
You don’t have to book online; you can call or text instead. Confirmation messages are optional: you choose whether to opt in when you book. To ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email themountman757@gmail.com.
Links to other websites
This website links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, Housecall Pro’s booking page and privacy policy, Netlify’s privacy policy, and the website of First Response Solutions. Those sites are run by other companies and have their own privacy policies.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging service for a home or business. It is not directed to children.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. No website, booking service, email, or text service is perfectly secure. Please don’t include sensitive details such as payment card numbers in booking notes or photos.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
